Testa Conserve’s Mackerel Fillet celebrates mackerel (Scomber scombrus), an oily fish known for its soft and tasty meat, rich in omega-3 and protein. The mackerel, fished in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO Area 37.2.2 and 37.1.3), is artisanally processed to maintain its natural tenderness and flavour, following the traditions of Sicilian cuisine.
