Testa Conserve’s Bluefin Tuna Fillet celebrates the bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), a fish with delicate and tasty flesh, much appreciated for its healthy properties, rich in omega-3. Bluefin tuna is a pelagic fish, known to migrate in the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic, and is particularly prized for its rich flavour and tender texture. Caught in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO Area 37.2.2 and 37.1.3), the tuna is processed artisanally to maintain its natural tenderness and flavour, following the traditions of Sicilian cuisine and combining the innovation of those who have been fishing and respecting the sea for over 200 years.
