CULTIVATE THE SEA
A friend to respect, to
Saving the sea is in our nature. Sustainability means respecting and controlling available resources and adopting virtuous behaviour in every aspect of our work.
We believe in artisanal and non-intensive fishing, we ensure the quality of the catch by following the production cycle of the marine fauna, paying attention to fishing periods and size, we operate with transparency and traceability, we strive for proper management of waste produced during navigation and participate in research campaigns in the field of marine work, making our vessels and expertise available.
Quality, efficiency and freshness at every stage of the production process.
A virtuous and sustainable production that closes the circle between those who fish, those who process and those who bring to the table all the goodness of our sea. For a work of excellence, we have chosen an elegant and plastic-free pack, inspired by the Sicilian Art Nouveau style: a tribute to art, to the industriousness of the island, to creativity, to the beauty of what surrounds us.
It is small gestures and daily changes that mark evolution. In addition to storing machine oils, black water and bilge residues in special tanks, waste is collected separately on board: everything is disposed of – also with the support of a specialised company – once in port. The installation of small compactors for plastic, glass and cans is planned for the near future. The good example and the protection of the sea must start with the fishermen and reach everyone who lives in it.
