“Buzzonaglia di tonno rosso in olio extra vergine di oliva biologico IGP” (PGI) is the product consisting of various portions of steamed, hand-processed fish (Mediterranean bluefin tuna) placed in a special glass container, closed after filling with the preserving liquid. The product is stabilised by means of a thermal sterilisation treatment capable of irreversibly inactivating enzymes and micro-organisms that may alter the food.
